Team 3 started their season with a tough assignment away to Huntly. Batting 1st is often a challenge and so it proved with no one able to get a telling score. Skipper Avash Upadhyaya top scored with 23 following on from his heroic 81 not out for team 1 the week before, but he lacked support and regular wickets meant 3s were all out for 87. Grammar did claim 3 early wickets but 31 not out from Ian Kennedy eased the home side to a comfortable win.
